The Education Academy of the State Non-Profit Enterprise “National Cancer Institute” invites junior and mid-level healthcare professionals to take part in the CPD training “Preventing Professional Burnout.”
The training will be delivered by psychologists from the Mission Kharkiv Mental Health Service. Places are limited.
Working in oncology involves significant responsibility, demanding workloads and daily communication with people facing emotionally challenging circumstances. Over time, these factors can contribute to professional burnout and emotional exhaustion.
This practical training will help participants recognise early signs of overload, better understand their own emotional state and explore effective ways to restore their energy and psychological resources.
During the training, participants will:
The training lasts 3 hours and includes two breaks.
Participants will complete pre- and post-training assessments before and after the main part of the session to evaluate their learning outcomes. CPD credits will be awarded upon successful completion of the assessments.
