Our mission is to ensure that every patient with a cancer diagnosis has access to quality, modern, and comprehensive medical care in Ukraine.

Our work combines:

As the only institution in Ukraine at the national level that brings together every area of oncology care, we foster a culture of openness and partnership within the professional community.

Our vision is to become a recognized leader in oncology in Eastern Europe and an equal partner to leading European and global medical and scientific institutions.

Our goal is to build a national cancer care system in which:

• every patient receives modern, effective treatment;
• Ukrainian physicians have access to current knowledge, technologies, and international partnerships;
• effective oncology policies are in place, ensuring prevention, early detection, and treatment in line with international standards;
• science and innovation work to address the real, large-scale challenges of the fight against cancer in our country.
