Book an Appointment

Booking an appointment with a doctor or for a test at the National Cancer Institute is the first step toward getting the medical care you need at our facility.

Important information

1. Please don't create multiple bookings for the same test. This limits booking availability for other patients and lengthens queues.
2. A CT/MRI appointment is confirmed only after a phone call from our operator. If a patient does not answer the phone three times, the appointment is automatically cancelled and the slot opens up for other patients.
3. Online booking for CT and MRI is available only to patients who have an electronic referral from their treating physician.

Before your visit

Please plan your time and arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time. If this is your first visit to the Institute, allow extra time to complete paperwork at the registry.

Prepare all the documents you'll need for your visit to NCI:

• A passport or other identity document.
• A referral from your doctor.
• Medical records: discharge summaries, test results, imaging.
• For children — a birth certificate and a parent's passport.

If you cannot make it at your scheduled time, please notify the registry or the Call Center no later than 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accept another patient who needs care.

Important!

Booking via the Call Center or registry requires an electronic referral from your family or treating physician. Please have it ready in advance so you can read the 16-digit number to the operator or show it to registry staff.
