Booking an appointment with a doctor or for a test at the National Cancer Institute is the first step toward getting the medical care you need at our facility.
We are moving to the Health24 online booking system to make access to medical services more transparent.
To reach our Call Center, call (044) 334-64-18 Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30. To get a faster response and avoid waiting, we recommend calling in the afternoon, when the lines are much less busy.
Visit the registry of the outpatient department Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 (33/43 Yulii Zdanovskoi St., Kyiv).
Please plan your time and arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time. If this is your first visit to the Institute, allow extra time to complete paperwork at the registry.
If you cannot make it at your scheduled time, please notify the registry or the Call Center no later than 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accept another patient who needs care.
Booking via the Call Center or registry requires an electronic referral from your family or treating physician. Please have it ready in advance so you can read the 16-digit number to the operator or show it to registry staff.
For certain examinations (e.g., CT, MRI) there may be a waiting list. The timeframe will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
