The Oncological Coloproctology Department is a highly specialized structural division of the Institute with 40 beds, providing comprehensive treatment of malignant colon and rectal diseases. Our main goal is to ensure modern, evidence-based diagnosis and treatment, implement international and local protocols (ESMO, NCCN), and perform radical surgical procedures with a minimal complication rate.

Malignant tumors: colorectal cancer (colon and rectal cancer), metastatic colorectal cancer, locoregional recurrences
Early-stage rectal cancer suitable for transanal endoscopic procedures (TAMIS)
Comprehensive treatment includes: oncosurgery, systemic and targeted chemotherapy, radiation therapy based on molecular genetic tumor profiling
Postoperative management under the ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) program for faster recovery
