The Head and Neck Tumor Department is one of the Institute's leading divisions, established in 1971. It has 40 inpatient beds and equipment that supports the full range of surgical procedures, including modern minimally invasive techniques. The department's staff are actively engaged in research: over the past five years they have published numerous professional articles, obtained patents, and developed clinical guidelines.
