Our department's team performs high-dose chemotherapy followed by bone marrow transplantation: autologous (from the patient to themselves) and allogeneic (from a donor to the patient). The department's team includes 32 staff members, including 5 specialist physicians (clinical oncologists, hematologists, and an intensive care physician).
The department specializes in treating multiple myeloma, various types of lymphoma requiring bone marrow transplantation, various types of leukemia, and myelodysplastic syndrome.

After the consultation, every clinical case is reviewed by a multidisciplinary council. Based on the results, the further treatment plan, disease stage, and required intervention or therapy are determined.
