On September 25–27, 2025, the Congress of Anesthesiologists of Ukraine (CAU 2025) took place — one of the largest scientific and educational events for the anesthesiology community. The National Cancer Institute presented its work and experience at the Congress: our specialists not only took part in the event but also served as active speakers in the scientific program.
| Speaker | Topic |
|---|---|
| Ivan Lisnyi, Professor | Implementation of the ERAS strategy in Ukraine |
| Andrii Perkonos | The challenge of interaction between the anesthesiologist and the thoracic surgeon |
| Olha Hanol | Anesthesia management and postoperative care of patients after highly traumatic surgeries |
| Kateryna Semenshyna, Andrii Tymoshenko | Bone metastases in prostate cancer: from pathogenesis to personalized chronic pain control |
Participation in the Congress gave the Institute's physicians an opportunity not only to present their own achievements but also to exchange knowledge with colleagues from across Ukraine. This helps spread best practices and implement modern standards in everyday clinical practice.
We are proud of our specialists, who represented the National Cancer Institute with distinction and made a significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian anesthesiology.
