Make an appointment
Appointment with a doctor / examination at the National Cancer Institute is the first step towards receiving the necessary medical care at our facility.
To make an appointment
To contact our Call Center, please call (044) 334-64-18 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
For a faster response and to avoid waiting, we recommend calling in the afternoon, when call volumes are significantly lower.
Visit the Registration Desk of the outpatient and polyclinic department Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 (Kyiv, 33/43 Yuliia Zdanovska St.)
Important!
Booking an appointment through the Call Center or at the registration desk is only possible with an electronic referral.
Please prepare it in advance so that you can provide the operator with the 16-digit referral number or show it to the registration staff.
For certain examinations (such as CT or MRI), there may be a waiting list. The waiting time will be communicated to the patient when scheduling the appointment.
Before coming to the Institute
Please plan your time: arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If this is your first visit to the Institute, allow extra time for document processing at the Registration Desk.
Prepare all the documents you will need during your visit to the NCI:
- Passport or other identification document.
- Referral from your doctor.
- Medical records: discharge summaries, test results, scans.
- For children — birth certificate and one parent’s passport.
If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, please notify the Registration Desk or the Call Center no later than 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to accommodate another patient in need of care.
