Make an appointment

Appointment with a doctor / examination at the National Cancer Institute is the first step towards receiving the necessary medical care at our facility.

To make an appointment

Call our Call Center at (044) 334-64-18 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.

To avoid long waiting times when calling the Call Center, we recommend calling in the afternoon when the phone lines are less busy.

Visit the Registration Desk of the outpatient and polyclinic department Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 (Kyiv, 33/43 Yuliia Zdanovska St.)

Important!
To register via the Call Center or the Registration Desk, an electronic referral from your family doctor or attending physician is mandatory.

Please prepare it in advance to provide the operator with the 16-digit number or to show it to the staff at the Registration Desk.
For certain examinations (e.g., CT, MRI), a waiting list may apply. The timeframe will be communicated to the patient at the time of booking.

Before coming to the Institute

Please plan your time: arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If this is your first visit to the Institute, allow extra time for document processing at the Registration Desk.

Prepare all the documents you will need during your visit to the NCI:

  • Passport or other identification document.
  • Referral from your doctor.
  • Medical records: discharge summaries, test results, scans.
  • For children — birth certificate and one parent’s passport.

If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, please notify the Registration Desk or the Call Center no later than 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to accommodate another patient in need of care.
