Sponsors who wished to remain anonymous donated the modern ultrasound machine to Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit of the National Cancer Institute. The clinic was in desperate need of such a diagnostic machine.
For today numerous anesthesia methods involve using an ultrasound machine. This machine provides safer implementation of regional techniques in children and helps to visualize anatomical structures in central retinal vein catheterization.
To improve and adopt new practices of ultrasound machine work a training course was held in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit. All the staff members participated so everyone could work on the techniques and methodology of work with the ultrasound machine.
And, of course, our deepest gratitude to people of the highest human motivation who help the Institute fight for patients health.
